Vicky Mbofu is a field program manager for the REDD+ in Tanzania. She oversees the development of the REDD+ projects in Tanzania, ensuring all components are effectively designed, budgeted, and prepared for implementation. She has experience in developing and implementing strategies for habitat restoration, monitoring, and sustainable forest management. She also liaises with communities and local partners in the development of the REDD+ project. Vicky holds a Bachelor of science in Wildlife management from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
