TIGERS is the first title in a new series of nonfiction I Can Read books that explore the amazing and endangered animals in our world with outstanding photographs from WCS.  This series presents an exciting new partnership between WCS and HarperCollins Children's Books.  Future titles feature whales, gorillas, sharks, and more!  Look for the award winning TIGERS at the Bronx Zoo and Central Park Zoo stores (currently available wherever books are sold). 

IMPORTANT CHANGES IN 'ON SITE' MEMBERSHIP SALES, PLEASE READ:  Although our parks remain open, due to budget cutbacks we will no longer be selling or renewing memberships on site at the Queens and Prospect Park Zoos.  If you visit these zoos and wish to join WCS, you will first be asked to pay admission (currently $5 per adult and $1 per child) and then be given a special blue application.  Just fill in the application and mail it in to the Membership Office with your admission receipts, and you will be given a full deduction off the membership price for the admission paid (depending on the membership category chosen).  You may also bring the blue application and admission receipts to Zoo Center at the Bronx Zoo, or a membership cart at the NY Aquarium or Central Park Zoo and join on site and we will deduct your Queens or Prospect Park Zoo admission (depending on membership category chosen). 

To order the WCS Bronx Zoo/NY Aquarium platinum Visa card from First USA Bank, please call 1-877-533-9656.  Please say "Wildlife Conservation Society" when requesting the card. 

New Patron level member benefit change -  Patrons will now receive unlimited admission to the Butterfly Garden (opening in 2005) and camel rides as part of the unlimited attractions benefit that includes CONGO, Bengali Express, Skyfari, Zoo Shuttle, and Children's Zoo.

New member t-shirt policy, please read -  If you received a t-shirt coupon with your membership package, and wish to redeem it at the Bronx Zoo for a member t-shirt, you may now bring your coupon to the main Bronx Zoo Store to receive your shirt.  If you are redeeming your coupon at another one of our parks, please see our membership staff at a membership cart.
